About Sherman Shadowcats Baseball
The Sherman Shadowcats are a new baseball team playing in a league called the Mid-American Baseball League. They started playing in 2024. People who live in Sherman voted to name the team the Shadowcats. They liked this name more than others like the Sasquatches or the Generals. The team has a mascot that is like the big wild cats said to live in Grayson County, Texas.

The Sherman Shadowcats are a new baseball team and part of the Mid-America League. They play for Sherman. Their mascot, a shadowcat, not only cheers for the team but also represents the city, inspired by local stories.
